1. How much is post and packing£
In the UK, post and packing is free for all orders totalling
£5.00 or more, or 75p for orders under £5.00. Post and packing
is £1.20 for the rest of Europe and £1.50 for the rest of the
world, including Canada and the US.
2. Do you deliver to my country£
If your country doesn't appear on the list of countries on the
shopping cart, contact
us via email and we'll let you know if we can deliver to
you.
3. Your credit and debit card payment takes me to Paypal.
Do I need to set up a Paypal account£
No. When you're re-routed to Paypal to make your payment,
just use the Click Here button and you'll be prompted to enter
your credit or debit card details. You won't have to sign up
for Paypal.
4. What credit and debit cards do you accept£
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa
Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Switch,
Switch Solo, and Maestro.
5. When will I
receive my order£
We try to ship all
orders, by Ist Class Post, within 48 hours of receipt of
payment or first thing Monday morning if the weekend is
involved. You will be notified of any delays so if you have
not received your order within 10 days please email us. We
always obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate.
